Covid-19 Protocols

SFEMS consistently strives to make informed decisions regarding COVID-19 and its impact on live performances. Starting on May 1, 2023, our safety requirements are as follows.

Our policies are subject to change as necessary. Changes will be reflected here, as well as through direct email communication to affected patrons.

PERFORMANCES

  • Masks are recommended, though not required. We encourage use of N95, KN95, or KF94 masks, worn appropriately.

  • Up-to-date vaccinations are recommended, though not required.

WORKSHOPS

  • Because of prolonged contact, proof of up-to-date vaccination will be required for attendance. Questions? Please contact administrator Stacey Helley at workshops@sfems.org.

If you are unable to attend, or uncomfortable attending an event for any COVID-19 related reason, please contact us at info@sfems.org to arrange a refund or exchange, as appropriate.
