Baroque Workshop: Restoration, Revival, and Regeneration
SFEMS’ Baroque workshop offers instrumental and vocal master classes, lectures, coached ensembles, and recitals and provide opportunities for musicians and dancers at a variety of levels to improve their ensemble skills, performance techniques, and teaching abilities.

Time: Sunday, June 26—Saturday, July 2; PDT
Cost: $850 for full workshops; Baroque Workshop Choir only: $100.
Venue: First Presbyterian Church of Berkeley, Geneva Hall (2420 Channing Way, Berkeley); and First Congregational Church of Berkeley, Sanctuary (2345 Channing Way, Berkeley).

Anna Marsh: Jean-Daniel Braun Part 2! (A SFEMS Virtual Workshop)
Marsh revisits the Braun sonatas, for bass instruments. Open to all, even those who did not attend the first part (recordings of part one will be sent for study purposes).

Montoya uses the Handel Oboe Sonata in F Major to explore common themes in learning and performing Baroque repertoire: a brush-up in phrasing, articulation, ornamentation, editions, and more.
