SPECIAL EVENT: Philippe Jaroussky and Ensemble Artaserse | Oct 25

An Evening of Operatic Splendor

Philippe Jaroussky needs no introduction. In this one-night only return to the Bay Area, the honey-toned superstar and his Ensemble Artaserse present a program of favorites by George Frideric Handel and Antonio Vivaldi, as well as operatic treasures from the pens of Giovanni Battista Ferrandini, Johann Adolf Hasse, and Niccolò Piccinni. Join us for a night of passion and pyrotechnics from one of the world’s preeminent countertenors.

Philippe Jaroussky, countertenor; Raul Orellana and Jose Manuel Navarro, violins; Marco Massera, viola; Ruth Verona, cello; Yoko Nakamura, harpsichord
